The "Umpteenth" number is nonsense, and blogs down the results of Special:Prefixindex/Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Time Cube that generate on some of the AfD nominations of Time Cube. Also, this redirect has no incoming links. Steel1943 (talk) 23:19, 25 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Unnecessary redirect from an initialism in article space to a WP space page. WP:BRFA already exists, so I would suggest deletion. signed, Rosguill talk 22:04, 25 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete - not needed. — xaosflux Talk 23:07, 25 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Speedy now that creator is fine with it below. — xaosflux Talk 02:27, 26 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete Unneeded cross-namespace redirect. Too bad R2 doesn't apply to redirects to the Wikipedia namespace. Anomie 23:26, 25 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • Looks like BRFA is an initialism for Barrier Ranges Football Association, the former name of the Broken Hill Football League, but Barrier Ranges Football Association doesn't exist. - Eureka Lott 00:23, 26 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete. We should not normally be redirecting out of main space. It would probably be best to convert this redirect to point to Broken Hill Football League to avoid mischief like this in the future. – Jonesey95 (talk) 00:55, 26 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • Creator of the redirect here. Did not realize it broke any Wikipedia rules at the time, will avoid creating similar redirects in the future. While I support deleting it, calling it "mischief" is a bit harsh. See WP:GF and Hanlon's razor. Bobbychan193 (talk) 02:08, 26 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Programming language translator[edit]

The result of the discussion was retarget. --BDD (talk) 17:23, 2 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Retarget all to Translator (computing). The current target is too specific: translation of source code written in some programming language can take many different forms.

None has internal links (I replaced the only one, in a piped link, with this edit: the display text was the title of the target anyway). None gets more than a few hits each week; they have all had their targets changed in the past with a merge from Transcompiler. 94.21.78.76 (talk) 21:09, 25 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was delete. Thanks to Steel1943 for the sure yeoman's work of dealing with the transclusions. --BDD (talk) 20:07, 26 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Deletion. Was created after the reversion of an unexplained page move from Template:Thyreophora to Template:Ornithischia in which the editor also added genera present in related templates without explanation. The current redirect is not a plausible search term for this template. Tknifton (talk) 11:35, 12 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

  • Question for Trialpears or Primefac Are template redirects handled at RfD or TfD?. I support nonetheless, but think nom may have the wrong venue. --Doug Mehus T·C 20:22, 18 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
This is a redirect in the template namespace. It should be discussed at RfD. Primefac (talk) 20:53, 18 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • Comment to nom...as the creator of the page, you could speedy delete this under G7.--Doug Mehus T·C 20:24, 18 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Ordinarily I'd say that's not an issue, but the user who moved the template originally has changed about 260 articles to point to this template redirect. That needs to be cleaned up before it's deleted, and RFD is a good place to have that happen. Primefac (talk) 20:55, 18 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Primefac Ah, okay, I didn't realize the user, and this RfD nominator, had already changed 260 articles to point to the redirect. Agree completely. Thanks for clarifying this is the correct venue. --Doug Mehus T·C 20:57, 18 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@Primefac and Dmehus: I am currently reverting the original template changes on all the articles back to prior to the unexplained change move. Tknifton (talk) 09:25, 19 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@Tknifton: sounds good. I have no issues with deleting then once that's done. Doug Mehus T·C 12:20, 19 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • Orphan by updating the minimal transclusions to Template:Thyreophora then delete; failing that, if XfD closer would prefer not to do that,
Keep for now without prejudice to someone orphaning and re-nominating for deletion. Doug Mehus T·C 01:42, 22 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Relisted to generate a more thorough discussion and clearer consensus.
Relisting comment: There appears to be consensus to delete this once the transclusions are replaced. Relisting in hopes this will catch a gnome's attention, and because it will clear November 12 from the backlog.
Please add new comments below this notice. Thanks, BDD (talk) 19:51, 25 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • ...Replacing those redirects is going to take longer than I expected. Apparently, it's not as easy as bypassing the redirect, especially considering that some of the transclusions of the redirect are supposed to transclude Template:Marginocephalia (which is not the target of this redirect.) I don't see why this redirect should point at the target: As the fifth installment of Terrace House, airing 2019–2020, it's not clear why this would be referred to as THT22. signed, Rosguill talk 19:40, 25 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

While the target streets are distributed between Third and Fourth Avenue, Fourth and Fifth Avenue, etc. I can't find any evidence that they are actually known by these names. I searched online and using Apple Maps. I would suggest deletion unless a justification is provided. signed, Rosguill talk 06:48, 25 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete all. This looks like an attempt at imposing systematic names, though I also find no sources suggesting these names were ever used—not even as a joke. Also interesting to note is that 6½ Avenue (a real street) has a source ([1]) suggesting novelty in its fractional name, further implying that Lexington, Madison, and Dyer Avenues never had such fractional names.
