Delete, not a valid disambiguator. Lordtobi () 19:05, 8 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

  • Unnecessary disambiguation, but the redirect is in use and was on the Main Page in 2008. Peter James (talk) 20:18, 8 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep. Well-used redirect. Unnecessary disambiguation is not a reason to delete. Thryduulf (talk) 20:57, 8 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  • What makes the disambiguator invalid? Gorobay (talk) 03:07, 9 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Gorobay and Thryduulf:: The disambiguator is invalid because Angel Studios was located in Carlsbad, California, rather than San Diego. Also, the redirect is practically unused, only has one link (of which one transclusion) to it, apart from RfD-related linkage. Lordtobi () 06:55, 9 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
According to our article, Carlsbad is part of the San Deigo metropolitan area, so the disambigutor seems no different than say London for somewhere more precisely located in Croydon. Also, practically unused is very much not the same thing as unused - even if it had 0 links that would not be a reason to delete if people still used it. Thryduulf (talk) 07:12, 9 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep per Thryduulf. ---- Patar knight - chat/contributions 12:41, 9 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

No, we can't. See: Wikipedia talk:Criteria for speedy deletion/Archive 60#Redirects from foreign languages -- Tavix (talk) 23:27, 8 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was dabify. (non-admin closure) Anarchyte (work | talk) 14:17, 16 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Propose creating a DAB page with the current target, African literature, [1] and any other African-X literature pages out there. Not sure that usage, while high, is enough for this to be a primary redirect. -- Patar knight - chat/contributions 01:35, 8 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

In fact, it should really be an article, but I don't know enough about the topic to write an article. - Richard Cavell (talk) 08:22, 8 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  • Disambig, which will be needed even if an article is written about the general topic. Thryduulf (talk) 10:48, 8 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  • I also support creating a disambiguation page. CoffeeWithMarkets (talk) 17:15, 8 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
