  • Reply - Actually, "Erik Francis Schrody" is Everlast's full name, which at least some people might know. My point was that, using your logic, only one of the redirects has been nominated, despite the fact that the majority of people refer to the musician as "Everlast". Stefani Germanotta, John Michael Osborne, Robert Bartleh Cummings and Michael David Cummings are all redirects to the artist. Besides, as I said before, redirects are cheap, and there is no point in deleting something that has no higher use. --Jax 0677 (talk) 14:38, 21 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Great, we've now established that Erik Francis Schrody is a cromulent redirect. Back to the nominated redirect: there's no point in creating something that no one is going to use. And yes, that's a reason to delete it, see WP:R#D8. -- Tavix (talk) 17:05, 21 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

The redirect has been at RfD for most of its life, so it's entirely plausible that most if not all of those hits come from this discussion. If a redirect doesn't have any purpose, like this one since you still haven't given evidence that Everlast would ever be called by his middle+last name, it's WP:COSTLY. -- Tavix (talk) 14:07, 25 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

The redirect can be seen as misleading since the target page is not exclusive to lists that exclusively list "active" volcanoes; the lists also include dormant ones. In addition, this title seems like some sort of WP:REDLINK title. Steel1943 (talk) 20:22, 19 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
