Delete — This subject is linked in no articles, and is an implausible search within the Search Function (cf. Google). The subject, a victim, was not otherwise notable, and normal internet searches will result in his mention in the appropriate entry. • Keep, individual received significant coverage from multiple non-primary reliable sources, which passes WP:GNG; however, subject falls under WP:BIO1E as his notability is primarily related to his death during the event which is the subject of the article 2013 Southern California shootings.--RightCowLeftCoast (talk) 19:47, 9 March 2013 (UTC)
