The result of the discussion was disambiguate between possible targets. Jafeluv (talk) 11:42, 4 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

This redirect should be removed since Nosher isn't mentioned anywhere in the target article and Nosher has another meaning (however, Nosher L. Git is apparently an occasionally used anagram for Nigel Short)

  • Retarget to Nosher Powell. I was considering suggesting a dab page with David Norris (footballer) and It Ain't Half Hot Mum#Characters as targets, however the nickname of the footballer is marked as requiring a citation and a 2 minute search didn't lead me to find one, and while the nickname of the sitcom character is verified, they seem to be quite a minor character. I wouldn't object to a soft redirect to wikt:nosher, but I think the internal target is better. Thryduulf (talk) 15:27, 2 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • Disambiguate - seems there's a number of plausible targets (and yes, Nigel Short is one of them, whether or not "Nosher" or the anagram it comes from is mentioned in his article). Sideways713 (talk) 13:34, 8 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
