This has been left over from a move of the article I performed after finding no usage of the name in a Google News search. The original mover, Ryanstamen, had one previous article edit that looks like vandalism, so the move may not have been legitimate in the first place. I can't see any use for this redirect.   • Delete as quickly as possible - both "contributions" of the originating editor were acts of vandalism, done six minutes apart. Because the redirect is from 2008, it is technically too old for a speedy deletion, but I would strongly recommend deleting this quickly as vandalism/housekeeping.
