Plastic pipePlastic pressure pipe systems[edit]

The result of the debate was Re-target to Pipe (material). -- JLaTondre (talk) 23:29, 31 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Inaccurate redir; there are many types of plastic pipe (which each have their own articles), and a pipe is not the same as a pipe system. MSJapan (talk) 21:04, 21 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I would say, redirect plastic pipe to Pipe? Plastic pipe can mean plastic ____ pipe yea? ĞavinŤing 17:24, 22 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Delete. Improbable search item (no one looking for "pipe" would put in "plastic pipe"). B.Wind (talk) 03:33, 26 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

  • Keep Redirect to Pipe (material) if needed. Not an unlikely search term. Garion96 (talk) 10:48, 26 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
  • Change redirect per Garion96. I can see someone looking for information on PVC and ABS using this as a search term. JeremyMcCracken (talk) 15:37, 26 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Template:Non-free magazineTemplate:Non-free magazine cover[edit]

The result of the debate was Kept. -- JLaTondre (talk) 23:27, 31 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Not used, not needed, confusingly named, and template redirects create inconsistency in general. —Remember the dot (talk) 04:07, 21 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Keep. It's only unused because someone (very possibly you) went through "avoided redirects". Redirects are cheap, so I see no reason why this should be deleted, especially when it's a very likely mistake when someone is looking for the actual template.···日本穣? · Talk to Nihonjoe 04:11, 21 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Delete. Not linked to anything; there is a difference between "non-free magazine" and "non-free magazine cover". Not a useful search term, as indicated by previous "keep" comment by originator of the redirect. B.Wind (talk) 16:21, 21 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
For a redirect, it doesn't matter if it's currently linked to anything (especially since someone went through and changed all the links in order to falsely support this nomination claim that nothing was using it--I know this one was used before because I have used it before). It's a very likely typo for someone unfamiliar with the templates in this series. ···日本穣? · Talk to Nihonjoe 02:47, 22 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Keep Redirects are cheap. It's possible that someone who doesn't know the real name of the template comes up with this. Garion96 (talk) 09:32, 22 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The above is preserved as the archive of a RfD nomination. Please do not modify it.

Template:Non-free 2d artTemplate:Non-free 2D art[edit]

The result of the debate was Keep. David Pro (talk) 17:22, 25 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Unused, unnecessary. —Remember the dot (talk) 03:19, 21 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

  • Unlikely search term, but very likely typo, making this a useful redirect. Keep. B.Wind (talk) 16:23, 21 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep as likely typo. Frankly, why bother looking for redirects like this to delete? the overhead in listing them is more than they'll ever save by being deleted. 21:29, 21 March 2008 (UTC)
  • Keep Redirects are cheap. Likely typo, which was the reason I created the redirect. Garion96 (talk) 22:18, 21 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
The above is preserved as the archive of a RfD nomination. Please do not modify it.

Template:Non-free video game coverTemplate:Non-free game cover[edit]

The result of the debate was keep. Black Falcon (Talk) 19:01, 28 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Unused, unnecessary. —Remember the dot (talk) 03:17, 21 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Keep. It's only unused because someone went through "avoided redirects". Redirects are cheap, so I see no reason why this should be deleted, especially when it's a very likely mistake when someone is looking for the actual template. ···日本穣? · Talk to Nihonjoe 03:30, 21 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Keep as a useful redirect, as "video game" and "computer game" are both stated in the first line of the template. If anything, it can be argued that the name of the target template is malformed (it should be Template:Non-free computer game cover to avoid ambiguity with board games, etc.). B.Wind (talk) 16:29, 21 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Keep Useful redirect. And same as above, redirects are cheap! No reason to delete redirects when there is a possibility it might be used. Garion96 (talk) 17:37, 25 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
