I just created this one myself (seeing it on the Wikipedia:Most Wanted Articles list), and almost immediately realised I was wrong to do so. The article is about a Romanian party that existed from 2005-6; the redirect is from a much earlier Romanian People's Party from 1918-1929. (See List of political parties in Romania#Parties active 1918−1947.) The lesson I learned here? Don't try to 'help' by creating articles when you know nothing about the topic!
