- File:Gu logo.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs).
- I believe this is the railroad's logo and as the photograph makes it clear it's been photographed from somewhere it's almost certain that the uploader was not the copyright holder of the logo. The question then becomes whether the logo was created long enough ago that it has either gone out of copyright or never in copyright. Seems reasonably unlikely but listing here as opposed to requesting speedy as it's not impossible. Could possibly qualify for non-free use but that's an area I'm not very familiar with. - File was previously listed as non free. There's nothing at the link given to indicate that the file is copyright free as the borrowed rationale states. We hope (talk) 04:57, 12 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep. The file was previously listed as non-free only because, at the time that I uploaded it, Wikipedia editors were taking down pre-1978 publicity stills if they were marked as free. Now that editors have stopped doing that, I've started to list such files accurately, rather than being compelled to mis-label them as still being under US copyright. --M@rēino 13:02, 12 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

- It's unlikely that it's the copyright of the family, even if the person who uploaded was his "great-grandfather" seems more of a official team portrait, either confirm at WP:OTRS copyright belong or Delete Secret account 22:00, 12 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
