Licensed as a PD-US only file because it was from China, a low TOO country. However, this should be safe to upload to Commons as it consists of text only, which is ineligible for copyright, especially considering this font (or similar fonts) are widely used in China. I doubt that the image satisfies the 8th criterion of WP:NFCC. And, if this type of car was not in a single copy, then the first paragraph. I'm posting it here because the uploader is actively removing the template from the file page. — Ирука¹³ 09:13, 23 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

The image has been inserted to better clarify the paragraph in question, i.e. the fire of the entire installation of the SpecialONE team. the destruction of the cars, the cancellation of the event and the end of the participation of the team for this year in the next events. The file has no EXIF data, and another image of the same person by the same uploader was deleted for being a copyvio, so I have my doubts about this one too. Does not satisfy WP:NFCC criteria 8. Was uploaded to show the actress in a specific film role. However, this is not the focus of the article and there is no clear reason for the usage of this image.
