The image is inelligible for copyright (if you can't distinguish the text you can download it and contrast it). All it says is "Terrible Records", "Number Fifteen" and "True", rather than simply tagging it as PD-text, I'm asking its deletion as it is redundant with File:True EP Cover.gif (already in Commons) or File:True (EP).jpg here in Wikipedia. © Tbhotch^™ (en-2.5). 02:21, 4 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Commons has a different copy of the same painting under the same name. That copy is not completely identical, so the file doesn't meet WP:CSD#F8.
