Delete. In November 2017, West Coast FC rebranded as Orange County Surf Soccer Club. That was what I thought, anyway, until I found the current West Coast Fubol Club website. I guess the partnership with "Surf Cup Sports" didn't last. Anyway, it's a soccer club for kids. A quick search in Wikipedia Library yields the press release with Surf Cup Sports, and that's it. In fact, "West Coast FC" actually yields more hits for a certain West Coast FC in Perth, Australia. Does not meet WP:GNG, let alone WP:ORG. The current page has zero sources and is old information with placeholders for more information that was never added. Emphatically delete. Nice kit in the infobox though.
