Keep: Although he fails WP:NBASKETBALL, he does seem to pass WP:GNG due to some in-depth articles about him. Three in-depth English articles (the latter two are not entirely independent sources though): China Daily, FIBA News, The Daily Pennsylvanian. Four in-depth Chinese articles (latter two of debatable reliability): The Beijing News, iFeng News (basically Phoenix Television), Sohu Sports, and Two Eggz. Altogether there are at least 3 independent secondary reliable sources with significant coverage of the subject, so WP:GNG / WP:BASIC is satisfied.
