This article exists in draft space, where it belongs. The article does not make clear what position the subject holds, and the sources are one Facebook post and one news piece that is not about the subject. Comment: Subject appears to be notable, but I am unable to find any source that proves this. The French Wikipedia article asserts that he is an MP in the upper house of parliament, but sadly does not provide a source. I was unable to find any source in Latin-script; I'll try searching using Amharic, but sadly it doesn't seem like Google automatically translates this so it'll be a process. Got it [1]. Notable per WP:NPOL, seems to have served in 2011, but I literally can't figure out much more. Regardless, Keep.
