Does not appear to meet notability guidelines per WP:GNG or WP:BIO. I am unable to find significant discussion of him in multiple reliable sources.   • Delete. I can’t find any evidence of notability. In addition, although ‘psychologist’ isn’t a protected title, he only holds a Bachelors degree and any use of that term might be taken to imply a level of professional expertise that the subject does not have.
