Kuhlman does not appear to meet notability guidelines. I have found four sources which mention him, but they do not seem a substantial enough body of work to ensure notability:
- Two news articles (1 and 2) – These articles quote Kuhlman, but are not about him and only include a sentence referring to him each.
- A news article about his retirement – This is the source which talks about him in the most detail, but only details his reasons for retirement.
- A short interview with the Ministry of Education – Kuhlman is quoted at length, but he is not the focus of the article.
