Novel mountain top with no credible source available. Claim that "Atilakoutse" is the highest is inconsistent with a reliable source. https://www.britannica.com/place/Mount-Agou Also, I can't find non-bloggy reference connecting Togo to "Mont Atilakoutse", so redirect/merge would be inappropriate, thus deletion is the only option.
