Redirect to Victorian Amateur Football Association at the least. Could arguably be notable in its own right, there are definitely several VAFA teams that are and Monash Blues have played A Grade, the top level of that competition. Some coverage in newspapers, coverage in Fairfax archives, australianfootball.com page. An argument could probably be made for notability, but if not it should definitely be redirected.
