Does not appear to meet notability guidelines for politicians. Candidate for county-level seat, not yet elected; the only coverage I'm finding is the area paper, one article in the usual meet-the-candidate style and a few passing mentions (including an article on his son, in which the father is repeatedly referred to.) Delete concur with nom. Local politician, fails WP:NPOL, WP:N.
