A cacophony of grand claims but no evidence that WP:GNG is satisfied as is an unreferenced BLP. Launchballer 21:57, 4 August 2014 (UTC)
Comment'Keep She was governor of the central bank. [1]. Polish Wikipedia pl:Maria do Carmo Silveira has a bunch of references [2], [3], [4], [5]. They probably satisfy WP:BASIC. Google translate tells me that the first Portuguese reference refers to her as "outgoing former prime minister" which would satisfy WP:POLITICIAN:1. 24.151.10.165 (talk) 23:38, 4 August 2014 (UTC) Here's an english language ref for prime minister. [6] 24.151.10.165 (talk) 23:43, 4 August 2014 (UTC)- Keep. The prime minister of a sovereign nation, even one as small as São Tomé and Príncipe, passes WP:POLITICIAN. Plenty of sources verify and discuss her service in that position, including [7] [8][9]. --Arxiloxos (talk) 02:05, 5 August 2014 (UTC)

- Speedy keep. Meets WP:POLITICIAN as Arxiloxos notes. Suggest that nominator review WP:BEFORE. gobonobo + c 15:14, 5 August 2014 (UTC)
