It exists, but couldn't find any in-depth coverage of this organization. The most in-depth source is a press release about the death of the founder.   • Merge to Amateur radio in India per WP:ATD. That page currently doesn't have a "Clubs" section, but one could be created, and a shortened version of this content could go there. The multiple mentions in The Times of India are impressive, but not in-depth enough for a standalone Wikipedia entry.
