The list appears to be WP:original synthesis of a few published figures, and I don't see how it the satisfies Wikipedia's notability guideline. Keep. A look at Category: Human Development Index shows that we have dozens of articles about individual countries’ HDI by region, sourced to the single authoritative source of the data. There will be other sources discussing this, but the complete and reliable data is in the single source provided. Merge into Regions of Thailand, where there's already a section on regional economic disparities; this one can be easily turned into a section on regional HDI disparities. No need to have a separate article for every imaginable regional comparison. In fact, it would probably be easiest for the reader, anyway, to have all comparisons in the same article, perhaps as a table sortable by whichever factor they wish. -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 05:10, 11 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
