Fails WP:LISTN. The assembly has no article. One of the two listed chairmen has no article, and there is no indication in the poorly written article about Anatoly Romanov that he was a chairman of this body, despite the unencyclopedic list of his credentials in the lead. The bolded part of the lead sentence is not wikified, and I could swear the word "legislature" was red when I nominated the article. It's blue now, and I don't see any reason for it to have changed from red to blue, so I must be seeing things. :-( --Bbb23 (talk) 17:57, 23 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
