The article has only been referenced to the schools website since at least 2016. In the meantime secondary schools aren't inherently notable and all I could find in a WP:BEFORE was an "article" about the school by thecitizen.co.tz that reads like a glorified PR piece and doesn't really discuss the school in that much detail anyway. Outside of that there's just some name trivial name drops in a few articles about other things. From what I can tell there's nothing that would work for notability though. Maybe the thecitizen.co.tz article would work, but it's to non-neutral IMO and wouldn't be enough on it's own anyway, even if it wasn't full of obviously slanted promotional material.
