- Delete. The only relevant results for this John Cogswell in Newspapers.com are "Community Calendar" listings for The Walking Theatre Group in the Los Angeles Times. ProQuest turns up a dissertation that cites his 1993 article in the Journal of Humanistic Psychology. But neither of these are sufficient to establish notability per WP:BASIC, let alone WP:GNG.
