- Idaten clan (edit | talk | history | protect | delete | links | watch | logs | views) (delete) – (View log)
Search for sources only brings up mirrors. Idaten has results for a deity but nothing as far as a ninjas. Talk page says this might be based on some manga but no details. BirgitteSB 19:38, 23 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

- Delete unless sources added. This was called to the attention of Wikipedia:WikiProject Japan in March 2007, and citation-needed templates added to the article, but nobody has added citations. See Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Japan/Archive/March 2007#Itaden clan. Fg2 (talk) 04:04, 24 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete It seems highly unlikely that in the 15th and 16th centuries, a time when Hokkaido was almost exclusively populated by the Ezo, there would be a "ninja clan" based there. I have serious doubts about the veracity of this article, and if it is to be kept, it needs some good sources to back it up. If this clan is an important part of a manga, anime or videogame universe, it could be kept, if its in-universe quality would be made clear. As it is, I say delete the thing.
