Delete: Per nomination. The fictional character does not meet the general notability guideline and the content is a plot-only description of a fictional work. I do not think that a merge is deserved since the character is quite obscure, even for a minor character, and the article has no references, so any content could only be provided by interpreting primary sources with original research by synthesis or would come from unreliable sources as the ones in the external links.
