Edinburgh Napier Student Law Review

I previously put a WP:PROD on this article with the rationale "No reliable 3rd party sources demonstrating that this new student publication meets the WP:NJOURNAL criteria." The Prod was removed by the article creator without comment or remediation, along with the maintenance tags. The issues remain so I am bringing it to AfD on the same rationale.
