The sources cited are mostly articles written by him (i.e. not independent). This may be independent, but is extremely brief. This is reasonably in-depth, but not independent. - Delete per nomination. Couldn't find SIGCOV on him in RS either, and it's been a minor struggle with the article creator to move it on from this sort of thing to something resembling a neutral article, suggesting UPE. Wikishovel (talk) 15:57, 20 September 2023 (UTC)
