Keep: passes WP:NBISHOP notability guidelines - bishops are presumed to be notable. In fact, there are certain to be Portuguese-language sources offline: in any case, the Portuguese-language article is a good place to start. St Anselm (talk) 16:54, 1 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
