Keep. Notable album by a notable artist(s). Would have been reviewed a lot when it came out, which was too early for these reviews to be easily found on the web.--Michig (talk) 13:26, 15 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Keep: The artist is notable according to WP:NMG as has had a hit on a national music chart (taking the artist as either Gary Numan or Sharpe and Numan) and been the subject of non-trivial published works.
