"Arsura River" is a disambiguation page that was restored from redirect on 3 December after this RfD. Two links to articles that were both deleted after proposed deletion on 12 December. Concern was that there was no evidence that these streams exist, and if they exist, they do not meet notability criteria. This disambiguation page would meet speedy deletion criterion WP:G14, but this was contested. Markussep ^Talk 20:12, 15 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Here's (something like) how we got here. Someone or something creates Obscure Romanian River (1) and Obscure Romanian River (2). There's then a creation of a disambiguation page Obscure Romanian River. A bot then creates Obscure Romanian River (disambiguation). So far, so good. @Markussep: then determines that Obscure Romanian River (2) doesn't exist or isn't notable, so blanks and redirects the page to Other Romanian River. Sometimes the latter page has a mention of the former, sometimes it doesn't. What is left after this (or similar) processes is dozens of redirects like Obscure Romanian River (disambiguation) which now point to an article not a disambiguation page. In cleaning up these redirects, I speedied Obscure Romanian River (disambiguation) and took one or two cases of a blanked-and-redirected Obscure Romanian River2 to RfD and here we are with one of them. To be honest, there's a spaghetti mess out there of Romanian river redirects or former-redirects like these, and it isn't worth the effort (correction: I don't consider it's worth my effort) trying to tidy them up. For what I haven't got round to yet, see User:RussBot/Non-disambiguation redirects/001 and pick a Romanian river. As for this page, I'm neutral: I'm interested in cleaning up disambiguation pages, but I know nothing about Romanian rivers, although I now recognise the names of many obscure ones ;-) Shhhnotsoloud (talk) 08:50, 19 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
