Article is specific to supporters of one football club who are not notable above others. Not sure why there needs to be a page for this topic. It also has few references backing up notability. Notability notice has been in place since March 2010 without any corresponding change to the article. Perhaps this should be merged into the club article Arsenal F.C. as with other clubs. - Comment Looking at the history it appears that this was split out from Arsenal F.C. per WP:SS, so merging back in would likely unbalance the parent article. Oldelpaso (talk) 09:44, 19 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Yes that does seem to be what has happened. So the question now becomes is this topic of sufficient notability to be on WP whether as part of the parent article or on its own? Crimperman (talk) 14:48, 19 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- comment I think that as a cultural phenomena, it certainly has potential to have been recieved significant coverage in reliable third party sources- however, I am not convinced that the current sourcing shows that. - Weak keep. There are 81 sources currently in the article, but by my reckoning only three of those at most are both reliable and give significant coverage to the topic ([1], [2], [3]). Together with the less significant coverage, that should probably be just enough to pass WP:GNG, but I am surprised there isn't more. Alzarian16 (talk) 19:04, 19 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep - as Alzarian16 says, this just about passes WP:GNG. GiantSnowman 20:08, 19 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep as per sourcing comment made by Alzarian Eldumpo (talk) 11:04, 23 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep. Well-sourced article, it passes WP:GNG. --Carioca (talk) 21:12, 26 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep. Arsenal has 27 million fanbase globally (this article must be notable) and the sources seem to be ok.--Александр Мотин (talk) 09:40, 27 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
