- Keep. This is an HBCU program with a long and distinguished history -- the first HBCU to play college football back in 1892. That doesn't mean that every season is notable, but I am finding extensive coverage of the 2023 team in the Salisbury Post. E.g., [1], [2], [3], [4], [5], [6], [7], [8], [9], [10], [11], [12]. I am also finding coverage in other independent sources: BET, Winston-Salem Journal. Hopefully, someone is willing to use the available sourcing to improve the article.
