WP:TOOSOON New Zealand is not a signatory of the agreement, and they are the challenger in the final, therefore there is no guarantee that 2019 and 2021 will have america's cup races. Grant Dalton (NZ team CEO) is even quoted as having said that the new agreement will be “null and void” if they clinch the title [1].
