non-notable event; delete per WP:NOT#NEWS. Ironholds (talk) 02:37, 27 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- keep - this article is worth keeping because it adds to the examples listed in List of level crossing accidents. Tabletop (talk) 02:58, 27 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete while very sad, it is just an accident, there is nothing more to say about it, WP is not news, also articles don't exist for the sake of lists, but the other way around. Steve Dufour (talk) 05:01, 27 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete per above; "It helps the list look better" is a terrible reason to keep an article. Chzz ► 07:20, 27 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete one of hundreds of similar accidents none of which have been notable enough for a wikipedia article this one appears to be no different. MilborneOne (talk) 21:31, 28 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete per Steve. Renaissancee (talk) 23:33, 28 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep A train collision killing 9 people is enough for notability. If we have hundreds of others to write also, we should do them also . DGG (talk) 18:19, 30 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- A train collision killing 9 people is enough for notability if reliable sources can be found that don't fall foul of WP:NOT#NEWS. "Other stuff exists" is not a valid AfD argument. Ironholds (talk) 18:20, 30 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete Notability in accidents should not be a simple body count. Was there anything about this accident that was special? No, the driver just forgot to look. So while tragic, this accident is simply news, and not worthy of inclusion in an encyclopedia. -Atmoz (talk) 04:07, 3 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
