Veikko Johannes Uusimäki (26 January 1921 – 25 May 2008) was a Finnish actor and theater councilor.[1][2][3] During his life, he acted in a total of 25 films, in connection with which he also served as director of Yleisradio's theater services between 1973 and 1987.[2] In 1973, Uusimäki was awarded the Pro Finlandia Medal of the Order of the Lion of Finland [fi].[4]

Inari Uusimäki [fi], the daughter of Veikko Uusimäki, is a Finnish radio and TV journalist.[5]
