Well, with so much time passing, I was hoping the block would be lifted (I now realize it has been 3 years.) I also note that the user who lodged the sockpuppet investigations against me -- LavaBaron -- was blocked indefinitely in April 2017 as a sockpuppet of BlueSalix. That is, the user account that repeatedly and falsely accused me (and others) of being or operating socks was a sock itself. I'm hoping an administrator will take this into account along with the views of several of the administrators above who were on the fence about lifting the block or said they were "passing the buck." Reading through administrator noticeboards, you'll see this user appears quite frequently. I'm hoping these extenuating circumstances and the passage of time might lead an administrator to give me a chance. Thanks for your note.Zeke1999 (talk) 23:18, 2 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Zeke, you have to appeal the block and make assurances that you understand what got you to this place, and will avoid it from ever happening again in the future.
