FNORD[edit]

Hi! This is Icarus!, being non-Wiki (I'm not logged in...), saying thanx for the work on the Discordianism page! Keep it up!24.176.20.60 16:37, 19 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Communication[edit]

Hey, I think that we should communicate some faster way, perhaps on some sort of instant messenger, so that we can coordinate our plans for the Guilty Gear project. (Given that conflict that just happened). Tell me what you think. Digital Watches 17:56, 20 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Whoops. Didn't even notice that. Er ... what are you referring to exactly, besides the fact that we both edited a couple of stuff independantly and in succession? Yar Kramer 01:39, 21 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]

rv war[edit]

The guy who keeps deleting the last names uses and aol ip and vandalizes many other articles. He usually undoes the sorting by last names in the snk and capcom sections and leaves no comment.--Dangerous-Boy

Thanks for helping sort the category.--Dangerous-Boy

Any time. I've got the entire Street Fighter cast (well, the ones with last names anyway) in my watchlist. ;) --Yar Kramer 18:27, 27 July 2005 (UTC)[reply]
Can you add the darkstalkers, final fight, and the snk characters to your watchlist as well. --Dangerous-Boy
Gah. Sorry, I feel overburdened with just Street Fighter. Is it not written, "I have only one pair of hands"? --Yar Kramer 21:52, 13 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Alien Controller[edit]

Hi Yar, just to say that I've put those screenshots of Alien Controllers on my discussion page. Having looked at them again, I'm not convinced they're any better than what I've already put on the article page. See what you think. Cheers, --Plumbago 08:45, 3 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

MisterBob[edit]

Recently, I had to revert the SNK Boss Syndrome article back to one of the "Last Good Edits" made by Jeff Silvers. Mister Bob removed ALPHA-152 from the article without making any backup claims, any edit that doesn't obviously have any backing claims should be considered vandalism on the SNK Boss Syndrome article. MisterBob has been warned three times. You definitely want to keep an eye on MisterBob, since he tends to vandalize SNK Boss Syndrome by stating that ALPHA-152 doesn't qualify without having reasons to back it up. There's a separate article regarding about ALPHA-152 that backs up her position as an SNK Boss. Just wanted to bring this to your attention. — Dark Insanity 02:15, 10 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I'm kind of impressed with the way you handled that content dispute. If only they could all be so civil. Danny Lilithborne 04:01, 19 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Heh, thanks. We can't ALL be /b/-tards and LUEsers. ;) --Yar Kramer 20:54, 19 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Disputed fair use rationale for Image:ThatMan-GGXXR.gif[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:ThatMan-GGXXR.gif. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot (talk) 02:42, 12 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Image copyright problem with Image:GGXXR-DizVsAxl01.png[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:GGXXR-DizVsAxl01.png. You've indicated that the image is being used under a claim of fair use, but you have not provided an adequate explanation for why it meets Wikipedia's requirements for such images. In particular, for each page the image is used on, the image must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Can you please check

  • That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for each article the image is used in.
  • That every article it is used on is linked to from its description page.

This is an automated notice by FairuseBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. --FairuseBot (talk) 22:30, 12 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Notice

The article Dragon Pink has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

lack of notability, while the Mania and anime boredom reviews (as linked on talk page) are reliable, 'Homemade Mech' seems to be a selfpublished source, was unable to find additional sources

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Dizzy (Guilty Gear) Article[edit]

I believe Dizzy from Guilty Gear should get her own article on Wikipedia, as she is not only popular, she's also one of the series' most iconic/well known characters.

We should use her Guilty Gear Wiki article as a headstart, though not copying and pasting stuff from it. https://guilty-gear.fandom.com/wiki/Dizzy

Hassantaleb123 (talk) 21:14, 1 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

You were talking to a person that isn't active anymore. Also, It depends if the character received dozens of reception to make it notable to have their own page like this guy Sol Badguy and others that you have updated image from guilty gear characters (I also edited the sourcing of those images as it was necessary). 49.149.125.20 (talk) 09:02, 4 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
