Please don't recreate deleted pages[edit]

Please stop recreating Krahu i shqiponjës. It was deleted because of a binding community discussion at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Krahu i shqiponjës. Your new text does nothing to address the concerns that led to its deletion. If anything, it's even worse than the previous one, because it's very openly tendentious and non-neutral.

I'm going to delete this page again. Fut.Perf. 13:00, 12 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Honestly[edit]

There are a few problems here. Firstly, Future Perfect at Sunrise did not give his approval here. He said IF you followed his guidelines, then they had no problem with the article. Future Perfect at Sunrise never said that you had actually followed those guidelines. Secondly, I'm not sure that the word of one admin suffices here when the article has been deleted via the AfD process not once, but twice. And one of those times was not even 2 months ago. And thirdly, looking at the article as it existed as of its last deletion and the one I deleted, it doesn't look like Future Perfect at Sunrise's concerns were really met anyway. I see the exact same sources used and the article has a very similar tone as to what it had before. --User:Woohookitty Diamming fool! 11:30, 27 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Dear[edit]

User:Future_Perfect,

At first I want to say you that I am from Kosovo and for this reason I have the right to protect an Albanian magazine that has treated the Kosovo problem too. Speaking the Albanian language, I have the right to display this article because an Albanian will put it in the encyclopedia. I have contributed too much in the encyclopedia pages of the Albanian language and I know more than anybody else the Kosovo problem, the Cham problem and other Albanian problems. Being a good connoisseur of these problems I can bring more precise arguments that honor the encyclopedia. My contributions in the English language in this encyclopedia maybe are few for the little time we have collaborated but they are more precise because of my knowledge. I think that in this article I fulfill an emptiness of this encyclopedia for the Cham problem. And I think that the article is really neutral. I can say that are many references sources in the Albanian language for this magazine but they are too little in English, and you see this through Google.

Dear, you say in your page that you speak the German language and you have knowledge in other languages too. As a German speaking person I want to remind you that the Germans are the best albanologs for a hundred year period. I am surprised by the fact that you, as A German, don’t have the power to admit an article from Albania and for sake of the truth you could edit it (where necessary) and this would be in your honor. I don’t know any German who is such a little well-wisher toward the Albanians. This make me suspect that maybe you are not the one you declare. Maybe I am wrong.

Once again I am doing a pray to your conscience to view you attitude toward this article. It’s surprising that you raise too many doubts for such a simple article! I can respond to this fact with a proverb that is said in Kosovo and Albania: “The tree that produces fruits is more hit with stones than the one who doesn’t.” I am saying that you didn’t keep the promise you made me. The writing doesn’t have any conflict of interests, it doesn’t violated the copy right too. I don’t know if there is any conflict of interests if a German writes something about Germany or an English man writes something about Britain.

I don’t want to last this discussion because I think that even though you accept this article you will stimulate another administrator to delete it. However I can tell you that the Cham problem will find a solution even though you stop this article with every kind of justifications. If you have the desire you can edit this article where necessary and this could be a noble action. Waiting for your positive reaction Respectfully

Xanxari, from Kosovo. --Xanxari en. (talk) 13:47, 27 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Are you going to improve your subpage now? It can't just sit around like it is now, you know. You really ought to get those references in place before you post any text here. Fut.Perf. 18:07, 28 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I just deleted this article for the 5th time. I don't know if you intended the version on your subpage to be moved to the article space but it wasn't. Instead a copy of the last deleted version was uploaded. --User:Woohookitty Diamming fool! 05:40, 14 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Krahu i shqiponjës[edit]

Dear,

You are tiring us with the deletion of “Eagle’s wing” magazine from your encyclopedia. Your action seems intentional because you could have let enough time to the other collaborators of the encyclopedia to edit the article, as you do with other articles that can be firstly incomplete but then they become complete. There are tens incomplete articles in the encyclopedia and nobody has deleted them. We are astonished by your unfair behavior.

Best regards

--Xanxari en. (talk) 14:25, 29 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The main issue here is that you refuse to follow direction. When articles are deleted due to a deletion discussion as this article was, the only way it can be recreated is if the article is vastly different and improved from the deleted version. This isn't me making an "intentional" decision or not giving the article a chance. It's an official policy of Wikipedia. This is from the criteria for speedy deletion:

Recreation of deleted material. A copy, by any title, of a page deleted via a deletion discussion, provided the copy is substantially identical to the deleted version and that any changes in the recreated page do not address the reasons for which the material was deleted. This does not apply to content that has been undeleted viadeletion review, deleted via proposed deletion, or to speedy deletions (although in that case, the previous speedy criterion, or other speedy criteria, may apply). Also, content moved to user space for explicit improvement is excluded, although material moved or copied to circumvent Wikipedia'sdeletion policy is not.

This is essentially what I said above. I can't do anything about the fact that this article was originally deleted due to a valid deletion discussion. I'm simply upholding a long-standing policy. If you can make the article acceptable for Wikipedia, great. It has to come onto the encyclopedia passing muster. You can't simply repost what has already been validly deleted. --User:Woohookitty Diamming fool! 04:47, 30 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

If you are a Greek fascist you are doing the right thing with the deletion of Eagles’ wing magazine. If you are Japanese and you have never visited Albania you are doing once again a mistake. I am in contact with other administrator and they gave the approval to include the article in the encyclopedia pages. But we are going to complain at the head Administrator, you Japanese with a Greek fascist behavior.

User talk:Future Perfect,

You are insisting too much with the deletion of Eagle’s wing magazine. And it’s clear that I have the right to think that you are included in some conspiracies. You are acting on the back of encyclopedia. I am going to complain at the highest instances, up to “New York Times” for your conspiratorial attitude. . You would better include the article because it is the only reference for the Cham issue, for whose solution western diplomacies are so interested in. Positively the article Cham Albanians which takes about tens pages at your encyclopedia has as a main references source our magazine. I am once again waiting for your fair, impartial and honest judgment to put once again the article in the encyclopedia. If more reliable references are needed I can find and put them.

User:Woohookitty,

Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia!

Is it really an encyclopedia of free thought which supports advanced developments, the fair and honest issues, which expresses itself against genocides and vandalism?! I don’t think when it has such conspiratorial administrators! With such administrators it seems as Encyclopedia- dictatorship which supports only the unfair strong persons! Why don’t you delete hundreds of articles with two rows that you have in your encyclopedia and instead you deal so much with the article “Eagle’s wing”? You have to become fair and honest judgers and let the article “Eagle’s wing” in your encyclopedia and so the others can have the possibility to judge and edit its content. Many friends of the Cultural Community of Chameria and I are disgusted by this massacre against free thought practiced at Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia! I hope you will give up having such attitudes.

--Xanxari en. (talk) 10:57, 30 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Woohookitty has given you an answer about the deletion issue on my talk page. As for yourself: please do not, ever again, speak of other users here as "fascists" or as being involved in "conspiracies". Also, don't even think of trying to build up pressure against Wikipedia by lobbying against us in outside channels. First, it won't work, and second, if you try it you will just get yourself banned. If you want this article recreated, you are welcome to post at WP:DRV, but you will have to do at last what we've been telling you to do for over a year now: provide reliable, independent sources documenting the notability of this publication. User talk:Future Perfect,

Three users don’t comprise a community and they don’t have the right to speak for a whole community and hundreds of users of Wikipedia, the free Encyclopedia. You should try to be “perfect” and rational in your attitudes. I am not exasperated if the article is or not in the encyclopedia pages but we are worried and disgusted by your unfair attitude against our community. We are against holocaust and genocides that different world dictators have practiced. Germans and Albanians have been friends all the centuries and I am surprised why a German has such an unfair attitude against the Albanian issue. Once again I can say that at this point it doesn’t matter if the article will never be part of the encyclopedia pages, controlled by a “perfect friend” like you, and is sufficient that our issue today is in the mouth of gigantesque America and fair Germany etc. We don’t enforce anyone but we were waiting for an argumentative response by you why those hundreds articles with two rows, with any source and reference, aren’t deleted and you go on dealing with “Eagle’s wing” article.

You can read the article at the address below:

And if you are careful, you will notice that there are new sources and references of the most reliable. I don’t know what can be more reliable than the president of the Parliament of a country (Pjetër Arbnori}) and the National Library of a country?! There are photos there and documents (facsimile):

which prove that Albanian state is our collaborator. See them and suggest us what other reliable sources can we find?!

Krahu i Shqiponjës[edit]

I have no special interest in Albanian media or history. I have just a few suggestions to help you editing this article:

  • Reword and shorten the article (you can expand it later). You can make it into a stub.
  • Improve the Albanian article by adding references
  • Put a translation tag on the English article to be translated from Albanian (or German or French)

Dear

Dr. Haim Reitan’s article and CV is my exclusivity. Arben Çokaj is collaborator of Eagles’ wing magazine. I have ordered the writing and he has taken the data from me. And in this case there isn’t a copyright violation because I have the data and if anyone writes an article this is due to the data I gave to them.

Copyright problem: Haim Reitan[edit]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! We welcome and appreciate your contributions, such as Haim Reitan, but we regretfully cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from either web sites or printed material. This article appears to be a copy from http://cokaj.shkoder.net/haim_reitan.htm, and therefore a copyright violation. The copyrighted text has been or will soon be deleted. While we appreciate contributions, we must require all contributors to understand and comply with our copyright policy. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously, and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If you believe that the article is not a copyright violation, or if you have permission from the copyright holder to release the content freely under allowance license, then you should do one of the following:

It may also be necessary for the text be modified to have an encyclopedic tone and to follow Wikipedia article layout. For more information on Wikipedia's policies, see Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.

If you would like to begin working on a new version of the article you may do so at this temporary page. Leave a note at Talk:Haim Reitan saying you have done so and an administrator will move the new article into place once the issue is resolved. Thank you, and please feel welcome to continue contributing to Wikipedia. Happy editing! ERK talk 02:40, 24 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Dear

Although I explained to you that I had the exclusivity of Dr. Haim Reitan’s CV and Arben Çokaj is collaborator of Eagle’s wing magazine (Krahu i shqiponjës), and he had taken the data from me, you blocked this article. I think this is unfair because my article wasn’t the same of journalist Arben Çokaj, besides some similar biographical elements. I am a regular collaborator and I have sent serious articles in the encyclopedia. To be correct with you I displayed a new version of the article and you can see it.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Haim_Reitan/Temp

Meantime Arben Çokaj will put the copyright note in his personal page, so I can take some data from his article. I hope that now everything is OK and we will have a constant collaboration.

Further to your comment on my talk page I have not edited this article and it has not been blocked as far as I can see by anyone, let alone me. Speedy deletion nomination of Academy of Universal Global Peace[edit]

Hello Xanxari en.,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Academy of Universal Global Peace for deletion, because it seems to be an promotion, rather than an encyclopedia article.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks,  Blanchardb -MeMyEarsMyMouth- timed 15:41, 16 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Notes[edit]

No matter how good the cause, Wikipedia dfoes not allow promotion. The article about the Academy was worded in a way that I considered to be promotional, and accordingly I deleted it. I would warn you about misleading wording, too. The Academy is not 'part of' the United Nations. It is a subscriber to a UN initiative, not an actual part of the UN like UNESCO is, for example. The connection with the EU is that it is on a Transparency Register. This does not grant notability. If you are going to try again, you need to read WP:GROUP about notability, and WP:RS about reliable independent sources. Being on a list means nothing much, and profiles and blogs are not reliable sources. The organisation's own site or sites are not independent. You should read WP:SPAM as well, and WP:NPOV about neutral point of view. Please remember that good causes are not always notable, and it is our definition of notable that counts here, not any dictionary's definition. Peridon (talk) 16:31, 16 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Academy of Universal Global Peace[edit]

Hi, Blanchardb! Hi, Peridon! Possibly review article for the Academy of Universal Global Peace!

Respectfully --Xanxari en.

It was an unambiguous violation of Wikipedia's neutrality policy. The comments posted on the article's talk page to oppose the deletion of the article confirmed that the purpose of the article was promotional, Please note that Wikipedia is not a free web space provider. The article as it existed at the time of deletion was better suited for the organization's own website than for Wikipedia. -- Blanchardb -MeMyEarsMyMouth- timed 19:01, 16 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Bharathiya, Your intervention in article for Dr. Madhu Krishan is vandalism, violence and disinformation. Is malicious and ignominy. Please restore article in the previous state, otherwise we owe to denounce your conduct in International Court! A lover can find in Google that all organizations that collaborates Dr. Madhu Krishan are accredited!... Work of Dr. Madhu Krishan is excellent!... Your work is against Peace!...

--Xanxari en.

Dear Sir, Thanks for your so called warning!. Wikipedia has its own rules and ethics. Respected fellow editor Peridon has said everything and I support the same. I do not see any acceptable reliable source w.r.t Madhu Krishan. This article is clearly a promotion and you seems to be directly related with the subject. Hence there is conflict of interest. What I have done is called good faith editing and i believe it is according to the WP:NPOV. I have removed all the advertisement stuff & all the unreliable/self praising references (including blogspot and self published sources). It does not matter how big the person is or how good he is. He may be honorable person, Best person, notable person to you but not in Wikipedia. Wikipedia rules are one and same for all. All it matters here the most is neutral point of view and reliable sources. Better you provide some acceptable reliable sources rather than shouting at all of us.

I have already informed in the talk page of Madhu Krishnan that "I have removed all the advertisement stuff & all the unreliable/self praising references (including blogspot and self published sources). Actually this article does not have any kind of reliable references. Hence this article qualifies for deletion. Kindly understand that wikipedia is not a personal advertisement platform and do not use wikipedia for personal advertisement. Any editing is welcome but subject to reliable sources."

Sir, for your kind information, the Wikipedia is not a personal promotional or an advertisement platform. Kindly refrain from doing so.

Also Note: what has been given in the Academy of Universal Global Peace that "AUGP is an educational international organization, educational institution, Academy and University, accredited in United Nations [1], based in India and extended in many countries around the world." is absolutely objectionable and qualifies for speedy deletion.

Please note that UN is not an accreditation agency. In India the accrediting or recognizing agency for the Universities is the University Grants Commission. AUGP is only an NGO which is granting degrees which actually qualifies to be called as "degree mill" and "unaccredited" as per universally acceptable standards.

Both the articles qualify for deletion. Kindly refrain from law suit warning. Provide reliable sources and follow NPOV. Or otherwise stop shouting in Wikipedia. This is clear and I am sure that the whole Wiki community shall stand with us on this matter. Thanks. - Bharathiya (talk) 05:01, 18 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Honored Administrator Peridon, It is known by everyone that Wikipedia at present is the most powerful media of internet. That is why it has created a wide network of professional, dignified and honest collaborators. By looking at the giant work and the great values that are reflected in Wikipedia, I became as well one of its collaborators. For several years I have been collaborating and to tell the truth for the first time I really feel extremely shocked and offended when I see how the article about Dr. Madhu Krishan has been vandalized by an Indian user so-called Bharathiya. It is obvious that he has interfered maliciously through transfiguring the article and transforming it in an unworthy defamation for a great personality such as Dr. Dr. Madhu Krishan who has been devoted to peace his entire life. The article of Bharathiya about Dr. Madhu Krishan is the best example, the best model of vandalism, violence against people who are committed to the work. It is a pure terrorist act. Violence and psychological terror against a personality for peace. With this act, Bharathiya shows that he is against peace. I do not believe that these kind of people should belong among the ranks of the collaborators of Wikipedia. According to me, he should be removed immediately from the ranks of Wikipedia. Please, interfere so that the article is returned in its previous state. It would be a very human, wise and professional act by you to return the article in its previous state. Otherwise, it is obvious that Wikipedia is turning into a weapon in the hands of terrorists to terrorize the eminent personalities who are devoted to work and peace. If we refer to the researches on Google, there so much information which shows that this personality works with accredited that you can write entire books. Why not refer to the lawful information about this personality instead of letting anonymous people as Bharathiya to misinform the public opinion? We hope on your professional intervention. Sincerely,

--Xanxari en.

A tag has been placed on Academy of Universal Global Peace, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising that only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an acceptable page. Please read the general criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item G11, as well as the guidelines on spam.
