firewalls[edit]

Hi XandroZ! I'm glad to see you at Wikipedia. I noticed you've added some articles on firewalls. You might take at look at the main article Firewall (networking) to see if any of your information could be merged in there. It's in need of some attention anyway, as it's pretty poorly organized. I have taken a firmer view and redirected Internet Firewalls - the title was bad on two counts: capital F not required on firewall and the title should be singular. Your text is still available here. Please consider carefully before creating a new article in this area. -- RHaworth 18:06, 8 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

External links[edit]

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a mere directory of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam policy for further explanations. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, then please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Thank you. Femto 20:26, 13 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
