Even when using your own words, you are still, however, asked to cite your sources to verify information and to demonstrate that the content is not original research.

Hi, can you please STOP adding more content until the discussion mentioned above has ended. You're just making things more complicated for everyone. Don't worry about what your teacher may think about your assignment - it really isn't the important issue at the moment and hopefully we can explain things to him when we manage to make contact.
