April 2020[edit]

Information icon Thank you for your contributions. Please mark your edits, such as your recent edits to Anti-Masonry, as "minor" only if they are minor edits. In accordance with Help:Minor edit, a minor edit is one that the editor believes requires no review and could never be the subject of a dispute. Minor edits consist of things such as typographical corrections, formatting changes or rearrangement of text without modification of content. Additionally, the reversion of clear-cut vandalism and test edits may be labeled "minor". Thank you. Doug Weller talk 12:28, 8 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for the notice Mr Weller, the edit in question was 26+ and I may have marked it as minor by mistake --Willthewanderer (talk) 02:56, 9 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

May 2020[edit]

As previously advised, your edits give the impression you have a financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. You were asked to cease editing until you responded by either stating that you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits, or by complying with the mandatory requirements under the Wikimedia Terms of Use that you disclose your employer, client and affiliation. Again, you can post such a disclosure on your user page at User:Willthewanderer, and the template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Willthewanderer|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. Please respond before making any other edits to Wikipedia. GSS💬 13:05, 1 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Could you please clarify for me which edits are in question? I have only made COI edits on a single unpublished page and this was specifically noted on both my user page and the relevant page

You have not yet disclosed how you were hired to create Draft:Wander.am and who paid you? GSS💬 13:26, 1 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
This was some time ago but is not secret. I was contracted to create the page by who I could only assume was the owner of the website through upwork, The owner did not provide citations to meet notability guidelines as previously promised, our contract was mutually abandoned and the article was not published. You can see I made a genuine effort to disclose my paid contribution on both my user page (which still remains) and the article's talk page which should be evident to any observer. I discontinued working through Upwork and have not received any paid contributions since.
If there is further action required I am happy to assist- but as the draft was deleted and I am no longer engaged in paid editing I consider the matter finished.

Thank you for being transparent. Please disclose the link to your Upwork profile on your userpage as per WP:DISCLOSEPAY. GSS💬 16:30, 1 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
As previously requested you have not yet disclosed link to your Upwork profile. Please do so before making any further edit. GSS💬 04:06, 7 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
