A belated welcome![edit]

Sorry for the belated welcome, but the cookies are still warm!

Here's wishing you a belated welcome to Wikipedia, Wikimostafa. I see that you've already been around a while and wanted to thank you for your contributions. Though you seem to have been successful in finding your way around, you may benefit from following some of the links below, which help editors get the most out of Wikipedia:

Also, when you post on talk pages you should sign your name using four tildes (~~~~); that should automatically produce your username and the date after your post.

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! If you have any questions, feel free to leave me a message on my talk page, consult Wikipedia:Questions, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and ask your question there.

Again, welcome! Sovereign Sentinel (talk) 17:38, 13 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Disruption at AfD[edit]

Hello Wikimostafa, Thanks for your willingness to help Wikipedia, the community appreciates your help. However, am aware of your abysmal nomination of articles for deletion such as this and this. You apparently did not state why both articles should be deleted. I remind you that editors are required to state a valid rationale for deletion when nominating any article for deletion particularly through WP:AfD. You joined Wikipedia 5 days ago and you had started nominating articles for deletion without the understanding of Wikipedia's notability guidelines. You have little or no idea of what is suitable for inclusion on Wikipedia. On this note, I strongly suggest that you make no further nomination of articles for deletion until you are familiar with basic policies and guidelines. User:Wikicology, do you think this might be Kauffner? In ictu oculi (talk) 08:03, 2 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
In ictu oculi, please can you provide a wikilink to "Kauffner"? I have no idea of what you are talking about. Cheers. Wikigyt@lk to M£ 08:11, 2 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
User:Wikicology please see Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Kauffner In ictu oculi (talk) 08:12, 2 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks, I will take a look and probably leave a comment at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Kauffner. Wikigyt@lk to M£ 08:20, 2 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • In ictu oculi Please don't come to my talk-page again. Anytime in future if you like to mention other users to 'take a look' at your beautiful thoughts about others, please go to their talk page and inform them, but not here, ok? thanks. Wikimostafa (talk) 14:07, 2 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Apologies[edit]

I am very sorry, mistaken identity. I did have a doubt, because you were doing some things very like Kauffner and some new things. I am 100% convinced by your expanation that you are a bona fide editor of Farsi Wikipedia. That explains the differences. My fulsome apologies. In ictu oculi (talk) 17:44, 2 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Really am very sorry - that's the first time in 30 or more SPIs where someone else has been misidentified. I hope you can enjoy editing here, and if you need any help with any Iran/Persia articles feel free to ping me. In ictu oculi (talk) 17:55, 2 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

It's okay In ictu oculi, Don't worry about it. I understand your care for wiki. sorry for my rude commenting, i will delete it from your talk page. Wikimostafa (talk) 18:07, 2 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

TWL Questia check-in[edit]

Hello!

You are receiving this message because The Wikipedia Library has record of you receiving a one-year subscription to Questia. This is a brief update to remind you about that access:

  • Make sure that you can still log in to your Questia account; if you are having trouble feel free to get in touch.
  • When your account expires you can reapply for access at WP:Questia.
  • Remember, if you find this source useful for your Wikipedia work, make sure to include citations with links on Wikipedia: links to partner resources are one of the few ways we can demonstrate usage and demand for accounts to our partners. The greater the linkage, the greater the likelihood a useful partnership will be renewed.
  • Write unusual articles using this partner's sources? Did access to this source create new opportunities for you in the Wikipedia community? If you have a unique story to share about your contributions, email us and we can set up an opportunity for you to write a blog post about your work with one of our partner's resources.

Finally, we would greatly appreciate if you filled out this short survey. The survey helps us not only better serve you with facilitating this particular partnership, but also helps us discover what other partnerships and services The Wikipedia Library can offer.

Thanks! 20:25, 19 June 2016 (UTC)

RfC for some sources reliability[edit]

To ensure myself about your participation in Wikipedia:Reliable sources/Noticeboard#Primary sources at Great Mosque of Kufa about these sources :

I would add a note : it is not about approving the Hadith but it is about the background of the name of the Kufa mosque's Bab-o-thoban doorway (from alive Shiite sources). Previously I had created a separate article to avoid controversy moderately but User:Pahlevun made it controversial by merging it to the main article of the mosque.

Tnx --IranianNationalist (Welcome) 09:04, 17 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Dear @IranianNationalist: Sorry, but I Cannot help on this issue. I rarely edit here and prefer to stay in Wiki-fa. Wikimostafa (talk) 09:32, 17 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Category:Iranian journalists by subject has been nominated for discussion[edit]

Category:Iranian journalists by subject, which you created, has been nominated for possible deletion, merging, or renaming. A discussion is taking place to decide whether this proposal complies with the categorization guidelines. If you would like to participate in the discussion, you are invited to add your comments at the category's entry on the categories for discussion page. Thank you. Rathfelder (talk) 14:34, 11 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Category:1911 Paintings requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the category has been empty for seven days or more and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, a featured topics category, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Liz Read!
