I would like to extend my apologies to you for the distress my accusation no doubt caused. I was not aware that redirects stop working when tagged for RfD and I really should have known this. I now believe this accusation groundless and have asked for it to be retracted. I hope I haven't coloured your view of the Wikipedia community. Josh Parris 14:03, 17 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for your apology, Josh, and it is accepted. I respect people who admit when they have made a mistake. We can't be expected to know everything there is about these sites, myself especially. I encountered the bad page with the redirect and wished to have it removed, before the request was made to remove it. The redirect page comes up first for the user and I feel it is tacky. Can you reconsider your stance and help us delete it? Also maybe you could weigh in on the other discussion going on where someone changed the Donald Braswell II page to "Donald Braswell". We would prefer to have it reflect his full name, which is what he prefers to go by and so we can in the future build a page for his father "Donald Braswell", a broadway star.

Hi there Wikiauthenticity. I deleted the user page because it was only created for the Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations case which was withdrawn and closed.
