Welcome back. You can search for various policy topics with the prefix wp:, so wp: conflict of interest, wp: photos, wp: notability etc.
If you don't hit the go button or <return> you can search Wikipedia too, which is useful if an article serach comes up empty but you think there is an article on the subject you're looking for, but you're not sure of the title.

I don't know the answers to some of your questions so I'm creating this next section where you can ask anything you want. Make sure to include "edit summaries" when you make edits as it's helpful for people looking through lots of posts. Help me section[edit]

{{helpme}} Hello, I created a new user name because I did not seem to be able to change the other user name (Hayestradingco). If we can't merge the two usernames into one (whayes12) then could we make the new user name "whayes72"? Sorry about the grief on policy violations. It was not intentional. I was actually trying to create an article within the guidelines as I understood them. But, I obviously have a few things to learn about Wikipedia and needed to read more. whayes12, "formerly known as" Hayestradingco

If you would like to change your username to whayes72, then your best bet is simply to create a new account, since you won't really be leaving anything behind here as far as warnings or contributions.
