3RR[edit]

Stop icon

Your recent editing history at Michael Eklund shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.

To avoid being blocked, instead of reverting please consider using the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. See BRD for how this is done. You can post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection. - JuneGloom Talk 21:48, 6 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Username[edit]

Your username is a violation of Wikipedia's username policy because it's the name of a company and implies shared use. Wikipedia accounts are for individuals, not for corporations. You should have it changed to an acceptable username, one that represents you personally, immediately. Otherwise you may be blocked from editing.

On an unrelated note, you may want to have a look at Wikipedia's guideline on conflicts of interest. Editing on behalf of your PR agency's clients could easily be such a conflict of interest, and if the changes you want to make might be seen as promotional or controversial, it would likely be wise to propose those changes on the talk page and to let less involved editors decide. That said, I fully agree with the removal of Michael Eklund's unsourced birthdate. You wouldn't perchance know of a reliable source, such as a newspaper article, for the correct birthdate, would you? September 2013[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Because we have a policy against usernames that give the impression that the account represents a group, organization or website, I have blocked this account; please take a moment to create a new account with a username that represents only yourself as an individual and which complies with our username policy.  You should also read our conflict of interest guideline and be aware that promotional editing is not acceptable regardless of the username you choose.

If your username does not represent a group, organization or website, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} below this notice.

You may simply create a new account, but you may prefer to change your username to one that complies with our username policy, so that your past contributions are associated with your new username. If you would prefer to change your username, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock-un|new username|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} below this notice. Thank you.
