Your help desk question[edit]

Referring to this question, yes, we understand that the people who experienced something are sources. What we need on Wikipedia are reliable sources and what you say is original research. A journalist or someone working on a thesis for a degree could interview you and if someone in charge of making sure the facts were correct considered your story reliable, that could in fact be a source, but you have to go through that process first.
