Hi Toonmon2005, Just a comment about archiving. Pages are normally allowed to grow until they become unwieldy and then archived and then allowed to grow again..., rather than archiving item by item. It's not a big deal, but some Wikipedians prefer there to be a clear archive date so they know where to look when searching for old conversations. Cheers, BanyanTree 20:56, 29 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

It was pretty much solved so there was no use to keep it on there. But I'll remember that for next time. Toonmon2005 21:28, 29 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

1930 British Empire Games[edit]

Just for the record - Northern Ireland did not take part in the 1930 British Empire Games. In 1930 there was a team from "Ireland" using the green flag of Ireland. In 1934 Northern Ireland took part, as did a team from the Irish Free State. Thereafter only teams from Northern Ireland have taken part. I presume your source is CGF website - which is full of inaccuracies. My source is "The Commonwealth Games - The History of all the Sports" by Bob Phillips, pub 2002. You are not the first person to be misled by the CGF website. Best regards 19:57, 25 June 2006 (UTC)

I send my best regards too. I was VERY confused by this whole Ireland and Northern Ireland thing. Thank you for clearing it up for me.Toonmon2005 21:44, 25 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

UFWC[edit]

As you have been a major contributor, I was wondering what you think of what I've been doing at List of winners of Unofficial Football World Championships. Kevin McE 13:01, 24 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Re: Joke to BJADON[edit]

It's up to you, I can't stop you, but seeing as I nominated it for deletion (and not as a joke), you may wish to take that into consideration. Personally, I think BJAODN needs to be removed, but that's just my !vote. ^demon[omg plz] 01:58, 1 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

If you must...it's not like I can stop you. ^demon[omg plz] 02:06, 1 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
If you want to throw my joke up, go for it. :)--Wizardman 03:12, 1 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Another editor has added the "{{prod}}" template to the article Queasy Rider (King of the Hill), suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but the editor doesn't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and has explained why in the article (see also Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not and Wikipedia:Notability). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia or discuss the relevant issues at its talk page. If you remove the {{prod}} template, the article will not be deleted, but note that it may still be sent to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached.
