January 2023[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Mattdaviesfsic. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Gwili Railway, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Mattdaviesfsic (talk) 20:43, 21 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Warning icon Please stop. If you continue to add unsourced or poorly sourced content, as you did at Gwili Railway, you may be blocked from editing. Mattdaviesfsic (talk) 21:01, 21 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I am terribly sorry, I have only just seen this but I did get all my research from reliable sources. I will provide a refernce if you would like? ThomasMargam (talk) 21:14, 21 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Feel free to add content back in to the article as and when you have reliable sources to support it. --10mmsocket (talk) 08:16, 22 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Notice of edit warring noticeboard discussion[edit]

Information icon Hello. The thread is Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Edit warring#User:ThomasMargam reported by User:Mattdaviesfsic (Result: ). Thank you. Mattdaviesfsic (talk) 15:28, 22 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I have a reference, while you are deleting my work. I am just using the information already on the wiki page and putting it into a table to make it looks better. ThomasMargam (talk) 15:36, 22 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Why don't you copy the section into your sandbox and work on it there? Working in a sandbox allows you to experiment and make mistakes without impacting live articles. Again, don't forget the need for reliable sources, avoiding WP:SPS and WP:UGC at all costs. 10mmsocket (talk) 16:26, 22 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I'm extending some rope here given you're new. Please read up on WP:3RR and the rules for dealing with content disputes. Further edit warring on this page, or any other, after the page protection expires, will result in a block. Lord Roem ~ (talk) 21:53, 22 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
